Perceptions are changing.

Advertising is all about aspiration and no more so than at a gym. It's my treat, if meetings and other commitments permit, to attend a Body Balance class on a Friday at a local gym in Kuala Lumpur. The hour-long test of stretch and strength I am put through combines elements of the eastern arts of Yoga and Tai Chi with Pilates, and is choreographed in New Zealand by the amazing team at Les Mills International, a finalist in New Zealand Trade and Enterprise's 2012 international business awards.
